It's just because today didn't go too good. I was on call with, let's just say, not the best group of doctors- in terms of those who will teach you.
So I just felt like an entire night of mine was yet again wasted; and not for lack of trying. We found these people asked what was going on, "hunted them down"- only to be told 'no, no'.
But hopefully tomorrow is better and my next on call I have doctors who are willing to take a little time out for me.
I keep trying to remember that I'm using this rotation as a new start for me (in relation to my dedication), and so I must keep my head up and press on despite these perceived 'delays'.
So, tomorrow WILL be better :) ...I resolve to ensure that my glass always stays half full.
